1. Do you ship internationally?

We are an international platform that ships worldwide. Exceptions: Nigeria and United Arab Emirates

2. Does shipping have any cost?

Most of the delivery destinations do not count with a cost, BUT we invite you to check if your destiny applies with free shipping at the checkout. 

3. How is my package delivered?
The package will be delivered in white bags due to the international shipping.
  
4. How long will it take my package to arrive?
It takes between 15 to 20 business days for the package to arrive. 
 
5. How can I track my order?
You will be receiving a confirmation mail which includes your order number. After some days, you will receive a mail with your tracking number and the delivery supplier. 
 
6. What about COVID-19 and my package?
Due to COVID-19 shipping methods are mostly affected and it might take a little bit longer to arrive. 
 
7. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. 
 
8. Can I return my products?
 Due to COVID-19 and hygiene of the brand, you are not able to return products.
 
9. How can I pay for my order?
MIZSUA currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
 
10. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
